Cationic softener flakes
1. Low yellowing, EC-TF02 softener flakes can be used for fabric which has strict requirement on color and luster.
2. Provide with soft and smooth hand feel.
3. Suitable for all kinds of dyeing and finishing treatment in textile industry.
4. Suitable for softening treatment of cotton, linen, yarn and their blended fabric
Dissolve Method:
--Cool water dissolve: Add EC-TF02 softener flakes into water around 30℃ by proportion of 5%-8%, stir slowly for 3-5 minutes to disperse. Let it stand for 1-2 hours. Stir it again slowly to even solution once the flakes completely dissolved.
--Hot water dissolve: Add EC-TF02 softener flakes into room temperature water by proportion of 6%-10%, stir and heat to 50℃-60℃ until softener flakes completely dissolved. When it become even solution, apply when cool down. |
